目的 分析输尿管息肉的MR表现,探讨MR对输尿管息肉的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析11例输尿管息肉的MRI表现,包括SE T1WI、FSE T2WI、True fisp(真稳态自由进动快速成像)、MRU(磁共振水成像)及Gd-DTPA增强检查资料,结合文献进行分析。结果 11例中发生于左侧6例,右侧4例,双侧1例。发生于肾盂输尿管交界处1例,中上段6例,中下段4例。单纯性输尿管息肉4例,输尿管结石合并息肉7例。多发息肉3例,息肉数目3~6个不等。息肉呈结节状5例,长条状3例,不规则类似菜花状3例,表面光滑,5例有蒂显示,息肉借蒂漂浮于输尿管内,6例输尿管壁增厚,但外壁光整,病变以上肾盂及输尿管扩张,MRI平扫T1WI呈等信号5例,稍低信号6例,T2WI呈等或稍高信号,增强息肉呈轻到中等强化。结论 MRI能明确输尿管息肉的部位、形态及信号特点,有助于和其他上尿路梗阻性病变鉴别。 |

Objective To explore the value of MRI in diagnosis of ureteral polyps by analyzing MRI findings of ureteral polyps. Methods SE T1WI, TSE T2WI, True Fisp, MRU and GD-DTPA enhanced MRI were performed in 11 cases with ureteral polyps. The MRI findings were retrospectively analyzed according to literature. Results Of 11 cases, left ureteral polyps occurred in 6 cases, right ureteral polyps in 4 cases and bilateral ureteral ployps in 1 case; with respect to ureteral polyps generate site, pelviureteric junction occurred in 1 case, median superior segment in 6 cases, median inferior segment in 4 cases; simple ureteral polyps occurred in 4 cases, ureterolith complicating polyps in 7 cases, multiple ureteral polyps of numbers from 3 to 6 in 3 cases; nodosity polyps occurred in 5 cases, banded polyps in 3 cases, irregular polyps liking cauliflower with smooth surface in 3 cases, pediculate polyps floating in the ureter in 5 cases, thickening of ureteral paries with smooth external in 6 cases complicating pyeloureterectasis superior polyps; equal T1WI signal intensity of plain MRI occurred in 5 cases, slightly hypointensity T1WI in 6 cases, equal or slightly hyperintensity T2WI occurred above all. Enhanced MRI of polyps present mild to medium enhancement. Conclusion Location, morph and signal feature of ureteral polyps can be identified by MRI, which is helpful for differential diagnosis with other urinary tract obstruct diseases. |
