| 目的 探讨用64层螺旋CT测量成人茎突的长度和角度的正常值。方法 对138例正常成人头颈部行64层螺旋CT扫描,用3D-VR、MPR及MIP法重建出茎突图像并测量其长度及偏斜角,利用SPSS 11.5软件进行分析。结果 三维重建图像上可准确测量茎突的长度及偏斜角。茎突平均长度为(25.94±5.23) mm,内斜角平均为(22.18±4.54)°,前斜角为(22.92±4.93)°;长度及前斜角度在年龄与性别组间均无明显差异;茎突内斜角与年龄之间存在线性回归关系(β=-0.088);内斜角性别差异具有显著统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 茎突长度变异较大,诊断茎突综合征需密切结合临床。长度大于34.5 mm,内斜角及前斜角分别大于29.6°和31.0°,或小于13.2°,可认为是长度和方位角异常。 |

| Objective To measure the normal length and angle value of styloid process in adults with 64-slice spiral CT. Methods Styloid process of 138 normal adults who had underwent pate scan with 64-slice spiral CT were reconstructed on 3D-VR, MPR and MIP images which were used to measure length and angle value of styloid process, the results were analyzed by SPSS 11.5. Results All of styloid process were evaluable on reconstruction images. The average length was (25.94±5.23) mm, interior tilt angle and anterior tilt angle were 22.18°±4.54° and 22.92°±4.93° respectively. There were no statistically significant differences of the length and anterior tilt angle between gender groups and between age groups. Linear regression relationship existed between interior tilt angle and age (β=-0.088).The difference of the interior tilt angle was statistically significant between the gender groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion The variation of styloid process length is comparatively large,and diagnosis of styloid process syndrome should be done with consideration of clinic. Styloid process should be considered to be abnormal when its length exceeds 34.5 mm, or interior tilt angle and anterior tilt angle exceed 29.6 degree and 31.0 degree respectively, or lower than 13.2 degree. |
