      目的 探讨超声检查在臂丛神经肿瘤及损伤定位诊断中的价值。方法 对26例臂丛病变进行超声检查,根据臂丛解剖,肿瘤声像特征对13例15枚肿瘤行术前定位,病理分型。另外,将13例损伤神经的声像图分类并与手术及治疗结果相对比。结果 臂丛肿瘤超声定位准确率100%,与病理类型符合率100%。超声臂丛损伤声图像分成4类,诊断符合率为84%。结论 超声可精确定位臂丛神经来源的肿瘤,判断肿瘤类型。超声对诊断撕脱端回缩至椎间孔外的臂丛神经根性撕脱有肯定意义,在臂丛神经节后损伤的诊断治疗中超声可提供帮助。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the value of ultrasonography (US) in localization of brachial plexus (BP) tumors and injury. Methods Twenty-six cases underwent US. Pre-operatic Locations were made on 15 tumors in 13 patients. Pathologic classifications were concluded. Thirteen Brachial plexus injury were classified depending on sonographic findings,the results compared with that of operation. Results The location and classfication of BP tumors were conrespond in 100% with ultrasonography and pathology. The sonographic findings of brachial plexus injury were classified into 4 types,its accuracy was 84%. Conclusion US could make an accurate location and classfication on BP tumors. US has a positive significance in diagnosing BP pre-ganglionic injury with type ② echoic image. US could provide assistance in diagnosis and therapy of BP post-ganglionic injury.
