目的 探讨正常肝脏3.0T质子MRS表现,分析肝胆碱(Cho)含量与肝脂肪变性的相关性。方法 应用3.0T磁共振仪和单体素PRESS序列采集45个正常肝波谱,分析Cho含量与性别、年龄及肝脂肪变性的相关性。结果 正常肝脏Cho含量与性别、年龄的相关性无统计学意义;无脂肪变性组Cho显示率(84%)明显大于脂肪变性组(8%)。结论 1H MRS能定量分析肝脏水、脂肪及Cho含量,肝脂肪变性影响Cho的显示。 |

Objective To investigate the application of in vivo proton MR spectroscopy (1H MRS) on normal liver and to assess choline content with and without hepatic steatosis on 3.0T MR scanner. Methods Forty-five normal liver spectra were obtained using single-voxel PRESS sequence in a multiple breath-hold method on a 3.0T scanner. The correlation between Cho content and the age, gender and hepatic steatosis were analyzed. Results The Cho content did not show any significant correlation with the age and gender. Cho was detected in 1 of 13 liver with steatosis (8%) while it was detected in 27 of 32 liver without steatosis (84%), which showed significant difference between the two groups (χ2=19.9784,P=0.0001). Conclusion In vivo proton MR spectroscopy is technically feasible for quantitative analysis of hepatic water and Lip and Cho contents. Cho intends to decrease in liver with steatosis, probably indicating that the metabolism of membrane is compromised on hepatic steatosis. |
