目的 应用功能磁共振成像研究(fMRI)对比未用药精神分裂症组和对照组在进行面孔识别工作记忆时(中性面孔作为记忆内容)脑激活区的差异。方法 本研究对10名符合ICD-10、DSM-Ⅳ精神分裂症偏执型未用药患者(病例组)和10名年龄、性别和教育程度相匹配的健康人进行面孔识别功能成像,所有研究对象均为右利手,经常规MR检查除外脑部外伤等器质性疾患,应用磁共振BOLD成像技术比较两组在进行面孔识别任务时各脑区激活程度的差异。结果 在面孔识别任务时病例组较对照组脑部激活降低的区域:两侧梭状回、两侧枕中回、两侧扣带回、两侧额中回和额下回、两侧小脑、左额上回、左顶上叶、右顶下叶和左侧丘脑。结论 梭状回是分裂症患者面孔识别认知功能受损的主要部位,同时,两侧额叶(VLFPC、DLFPC)、扣带回、小脑和左丘脑等激活程度降低也说明分裂症患者这些脑区信息加工过程受损。 |

Objective To study the difference in brain activities when performing the facial recognition (images of neutral faces of Han people as mnemonic content) between neuroleptic-nave schizophrenia and healthy controls using functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI). Methods Using BOLD-fMRI echo planar imaging sequence (EPI), we measured and compared activation areas of the brain with the facial work memory for 10 neuroleptic-nave schizophrenic patients and 10 matched healthy controls. Results Compared to healthy controls, neuroleptic-nave schizophrenic patients showed a decreased level of activity in many cortical areas,including bilateral fusiform gyri,bilateral middle occipital gyri,bilateral middle frontal gyri and inferior frontal gyri,bilateral callosal gyri,bilateral cerebellums,left superior frontal gyrus,left superior parietal gyrus, right inferior parietal gyrus and left thalamus. Conclusion The reduced activation of the bilateral fusiform gyri, VLPFC, DLPFC, left thalamus and cerebellum provides a neuroimaging evidence of deficit in facial work memory of neuroleptic-nave schizophrenic patients. |
