      目的 评价高频超声在显示正常肘管处尺神经和腓骨头背侧腓总神经的应用价值。方法 应用14 MHz高频超声检查20例正常受检者肘管处尺神经及腓骨头背侧腓总神经,观察神经的内部结构、回声、外膜等声像图特征,并于横切面上测量受检者左、右两侧神经的长径、宽径及表面积。结果 超声可清晰显示所有受检者肘管处尺神经和腓骨头背侧腓总神经。肘管处尺神经显示为圆形或椭圆形的低回声结构,位于尺骨鹰嘴和肱骨内上髁之间,而走行于前臂肌内和肌间的尺神经呈略偏强的细网状回声。腓骨头背侧腓总神经呈略偏强细网状回声。左、右两侧尺神经、腓总神经的长径、宽径及表面积均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 高频超声可清晰显示肘管处尺神经和腓骨头背侧腓总神经。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the ability of high frequency ultrasound to visualize the ulnar nerve at cubital tunnel and the common peroneal nerve dorsal to the fibular head in normal subjects. Methods A 14 MHz linear-array transducer was used to detect the nerve. The ultrasonographic characteristics of the nerve and its surrounding tissue were observed in 20 healthy adults. The longitudinal and transverse diameters and surface areas of the two nerves on both sides were measured respectively. Results Both nerves were visualized clearly in all subjects. The ulnar nerve demonstrated as round or oval hypoechoic structure between the ulnar olecranon and medial epicondyle on transverse section but a little hyperechoic when it passed through the muscles in the forearm. The common peroneal nerve demonstrated as slightly hyperechoic structure dorsal to the fibular head on transverse section. There were no significant differences between left-and right-side measurements for both ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound is useful in demonstrating the ulnar nerve at cubital tunnel and the common peroneal nerve dorsal to the fibular head.
