| 目的 初步探讨三维对比增强MRA(3D DCE MRA)对左侧性腺静脉(LGV)变异的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析使用三维容积超快速多期动态增强扫描(Propeller LAVA)行腹部检查患者220例,均采用容积再现(VR)进行肾静脉重建。结果 220例中LGV显影81支,LGV变异11例,其中LGV开口于肾静脉分支变异5例,双LGV变异2例,LGV与腰静脉并排开口于肾静脉主干变异3例,LGV与腰静脉丛交通变异1例。结论 3D DCE MRA能清楚显示和诊断LGV变异。 |

| Objective To preliminary explore the diagnostic value to left gonadal veins variation (LGV) with 3D DCE MRA. Methods To retrospectively analyze 220 patients performed abdominal contrast enhancement MRA scanning (LAVA) and reconstructed renal veins by volume rendering (VR). Results There were 81 left gonadal veins were showed in all 220 cases, with a ratio of 36.8% (81/220), including 11 cases of LGV variation, which the detection rate was 5.0% (11/220). In all 11 cases of LGV variation, there were 5 cases LGV joining up with the branch of renal veins, 2 cases of double LGV, 3 cases of LGV and lumbar veins joining up with the main renal veins side by side, 1 case LGV communicating with lumbar venous plexus. Conclusion The LGV variation could be clearly showed and diagnosed with 3D DCE MRA. |
