| 目的 探讨颞叶癫痫(TLE)患者海马不同节段的扩散张量成像(DTI)参数变化特点,评价DTI在TLE病灶定位诊断中的价值。方法 对临床诊断的42例发作间期TLE患者和32例健康志愿者行常规MRI和DTI检查,定量测量海马不同节段的平均扩散系数(DCavg)、部分各向异性(FA)、1-容积比(1-VR)和相对各向异性(RA)值并统计。结果 正常人海马不同节段间DTI各参数值均无显著性差异。TLE患者患侧海马头部DCavg高于海马尾部,但不同节段间FA、1-VR和RA均无显著性差异;TLE患者健侧海马头部和体部DCavg高于海马尾部,但不同节段间FA、1-VR和RA均无显著性差异。结论 TLE患者海马不同节段DTI参数变化程度不同,海马头部改变较尾部更明显。 |

| Objective To investigate the diffusion characteristics of different segments of hippocampi in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) and evaluate the role of diffusion tensor imaging in localization of the seizure focus in TLE. Methods Forty-two interictal patients of TLE and 32 healthy volunteers received conventional and DTI scanning. The DCavg, FA, 1-VR and RA of different segments of bilateral hippocampi were measured respectively. Results No significant differences of DCavg, FA, 1-VR and RA were noted among different segments of hippocampi in the controls. In the ipsilateral hippocampi, DCavg significantly increased in the head, compared with the value in the tail, but no significant differences were found in FA, 1-VR and RA. In the contralateral hippocampi, DCavg significantly increased in the head and body, compared with the value in the tail, but no significant differences were found in FA, 1-VR and RA. Conclusion DTI parameters were different from the head to tail in hippocampi of TLE patients and change of DCavg of the head were more obvious than the tail. |
