目的 应用多层螺旋CT灌注技术研究兔肝VX2移植瘤新生血管生成。方法 选取10只正常新西兰大白兔肝脏,以及15只种有肝VX2移植瘤的兔肝脏行多层螺旋CT灌注扫描,对比肿瘤边缘区、非肿瘤区肝脏、正常肝脏的肝血流量(HBF)、血容积(HBV)、平均通过时间(MTT)、毛细血管表面通透性(PS)和肝动脉灌注指数(HAI)的变化规律。结果 肿瘤边缘区HBF、HBV、HAI、PS增高与非肿瘤区肝脏和正常肝脏相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。肿瘤边缘区MTT降低与非肿瘤区肝组织和正常肝脏相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。各灌注参数在非肿瘤区肝脏和正常肝脏中无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT灌注成像能活体评价肝VX2移植瘤新生血管生成,提供量化功能信息。 |

Objective To study the neovascularization of rabbit VX2 liver tumor using multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) perfusion. Methods Perfusion CT images were obtained in 10 normal New Zealand rabbits and 15 rabbits with VX2 liver tumors. The various perfusion parameters were measured in the rim of the tumor, non-tumorous regions in the liver and the normal liver. Results The increased HBF, HBV, HAI, PS and the decreased MTT in the rim of the tumor were differed from the non-tumorous regions in the liver and the normal liver (P<0.05). All the parameters between non-tumorous regions in the liver and the normal liver had no differences (P>0.05). Conclusion Perfusion CT is a method for studying neovascularization in vivo and provides quantitative functional information. |
