目的 探讨使用长半衰期血池对比剂结合稳态磁化率MR技术对正常鼠脑微循环成像的可行性。方法 在注射血池性对比剂前、后分别使用SE和GE序列对10只正常Wistar大鼠进行稳态磁化率MR成像,获得左侧顶叶皮质、胼胝体及尾状核区的血容量(BV)和血管管径指数(VSI)。结果 三个感兴趣区所测得的△R2*和△R2值与对比剂剂量改变呈明显线性关系。上述三个区域的BV和VSI值分别为顶叶皮质(3.92%和4.85 μm)、胼胝体区(2.98%和4.29 μm),尾状核(3.27%和4.40 μm)。结论 稳态磁化率MR技术能够准确地获取鼠脑血管微循环信息,它所测得BV和VSI值可以作为评价鼠脑血管微循环的指标。 |

Objective To experimentally explore the feasibility of normal rat brain microcirculation by steady-state susceptibility enhanced MR imaging with long-circulating blood-pool contrast agents. Methods Ten normal Wistar rats were imaged before and after the injection of SPIO agents, all steady-state susceptibility images consisted of SE and GE sequence. Blood volume (BV) and vessel size index (VSI) were obtained in the left parietal cortex, corpus callosum and caudate nucleus. Results The computed △R2* and △R2 in the three ROIs were approximately linear correlation with the accumulated agent doses. BV and VSI in the above-mentioned ROI were respectively 3.92% and 4.85 μm, 2.98% and 4.29 μm, 3.27% and 4.40 μm. Conclusion Measurement of BV and VSI with steady-state susceptibility contrast-enhanced MR imaging was feasible and can be applied to evaluate normal rat brain microcirculation. |
