从基因水平探索动脉粥样硬化性疾病的有效治疗方法是当今医学研究的热点及方向。从基因治疗的靶点、载体、传送技术及影像学在其中的作用等方面介绍了目前血管基因治疗影像学的研究近况。

Nowadays, It is a hotspots and direction in the medical research to detect efficiency therapies to the atherosclerosis. This article introduces the recent situation about targets, carriers, delivering techniques and the function of imaging in gene therapy.
