| 目的 评价三磷酸腺苷负荷心肌显像(ATP-MPI)+静息心肌显像诊断心脏X综合征的价值。方法 对36例X综合征患者运动心电图检查后次日行一日法ATP-MPI+静息心肌显像,对运动心电图结果和心肌显像结果进行比较。结果 36例患者心肌显像有34例异常,心电图平板运动试验阳性者26例,10例阴性的患者心肌显像均阳性。心肌显像及运动心电图对心脏X综合征诊断的灵敏度分别为94.4%(34/36)和72.2%(26/36)。结论 三磷酸腺苷负荷心肌显像(ATP-MPI)+静息心肌显像诊断心脏X综合征有较高的灵敏度。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical value of myocardium perfusion imaging in diagnosing cardiac syndrome X. Methods After exercise electrocardiogram had been performed, one day protocol of ATP stress myocardium perfusion imaging and rest myocardium perfusion imaging were performed in 36 patients with cardiac syndrome X. Both results were statistically analyzed. Results Thirty-four patients out of all the 36 patients were found abnormal in myocardium perfusion imaging, only 26 patients were found abnormal in exercise electrocardiogram, ten patients who were found normal in exercise electrocardiogram were also found abnormal in myocardium perfusion imaging. Both the diagnostic sensitivity of myocardium perfusion imaging and exercise electrocardiogram were 94.4% (34/36) and 72.2% (26/36), respectively. Conclusion The protocol of ATP stress myocardium perfusion imaging and rest myocardium perfusion imaging has a higher sensitivity in diagnosing cardiac syndrome X. |
