| 目的 观察超声治疗外阴白色病变疗效及副反应,探讨影响超声治疗外阴白色病变预后的相关因素。方法 治疗对象为经病理检查证实为外阴白色病变的患者,共140例。治疗期间及治疗后,观察病变部位的症状及体征,进行疗效及副反应评价。结果 超声治疗后患者的瘙痒症状缓解,外阴的形态和色泽可基本恢复正常,总有效率达80%。不同年龄段患者疗效有明显差异(χ2=51.52, P<0.005),病程长短亦与疗效密切相关(P<0.005)。超声治疗副反应在不同年龄组及不同病理类型组无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论 超声治疗外阴白色病变的疗效与病理类型、年龄、病程长短有关。副反应与病理类型、年龄无关。 |

| Objective To assess the efficacy and side effects of treatment of vulva white lesions by focused ultrasound, and explore the related factors that influence the prognosis. Methods 140 patients with well diagnosed vulva white lesions were included in the study and treated by focused ultrasound. During and after the treatment, the symptoms and physical signs of the subjects were observed, and the efficacy and side effects were evaluated. Results Pruritus of all patients was relieved, and the vulva appearance and color became normal after ultrasound treatment, with a total effective rate of 80%. The efficacy of patients in different age periods was significantly different (χ2=51.52, P<0.005), and the course of disease was closely related to the efficacy (P<0.005). There was no difference in side effects among different age group and different pathological categories (P＞0.05). Conclusion The efficacy was associated to the pathological category, age and course of disease, whereas side effects was not related to the pathological category and age. |
