| 目的 测量健康椎间盘突出患者腰椎间盘MR扩散加权成像表观扩散系数值,并比较正常与突出的椎间盘表观扩散系数之间是否有差别。方法 受试者为22个腰椎间盘突出症患者。所有受试志愿者均无手术或外伤病史。受试者均同意接受MR扫描。对22名患者进行了腰椎间盘(L12~L5S1)磁共振扩散加权成像扫描,并逐一记录了ADC值。分析正常腰椎间盘平均ADC值与突出椎间盘平均ADC值之间是否存在差别。结果 正常椎间盘平均ADC值是(1.40±0.38)×10-3 mm2/s,突出椎间盘平均ADC值是(0.90±0.42)×10-3 mm2/s。正常和突出椎间盘的平均ADC值之间有差别(P<0.001)。结论 正常椎间盘与突出椎间盘平均ADC 值之间有显著差别,扩散加权可能成为椎间盘疾病的发生机制、早期诊断及疗效评价研究的重要手段。 |

| Objective To measure the apparent diffusion coefficient values (ADC) of intervertebral discs of hernia patients and compare the ADC values of normal with abnormal intervertebal discs. Methods Twenty-two patients were enrolled this study. All the 22 subjects did not have history of lumbar operation and injury. All of them consent to receive MR scanning. MR diffusion-weighted imaging with calculation of ADC value was applied in 22 patients. The mean ADC (mADC) value of normal and abnormal intervertebal discs were analyzed. Results The mADC of normal lumbar intevertebal was (1.40±0.38)×10-3 mm2/s, mADC of protrude lumbar intevertebal was (0.90±0.42)×10-3 mm2/s. The distinction of mADC of normal and abnormal intervertebal discs had statistical significance (P<0.001). Conclusion The distinction of mADC of normal and abnormal intervertebal discs had statistical significance. Diffusion-weighted MR imaging may play an important role in mechanism investigation, early diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation of intervertebral disc diseases. |
