| 目的 研究脾脏肿瘤的CT表现。方法 回顾性分析16例经病理证实的脾脏肿瘤的CT资料。结果 16例中,脾良性肿瘤有海绵状血管瘤4例,错构瘤2例,淋巴管瘤1例;脾恶性肿瘤有脾继发性淋巴瘤5例,转移瘤3例,血管肉瘤1例。脾血管瘤和错构瘤均表现为局限性突起,多强化明显;脾淋巴管瘤间隔强化。脾恶性肿瘤多表现脾体积弥漫性增大,轻度强化。结论 脾脏诸肿瘤CT表现有一定的特点,且在一定程度上有助于良恶性的判断。 |

| Objective To study the CT findings of splenic tumors. Methods The spiral CT scan data of 16 patients with surgical-pathologically proved splenic tumors were analyzed retrospectively. Results Sixteen cases of splenic tumors included 4 cases of cavernous haemangioma, 2 cases of hamartoma, 1 case of lymphangioma in benign splenic tumors, and 5 cases of secondary lymphoma, 3 cases of metastatic tumor, 1 case of angiosarcoma in splenic malignant tumors. Splenic cavernous haemangiomas and hamartomas showed local prominency in inner margin of spleen, and enhanced most deeply. There are saeptum enhanced in contrast scanning in lymphangioma. Spleen was swelled, and light enhanced with contrast scanning in most splenic malignant tumors. Conclusion There are some characteristics in splenic tumors with spiral CT scanning, and benign or malignant tumor can be judged in some degree. |
