目的 评价基于SPM的个体脑结构分析法(IBASPM) 分析精神分裂症大脑结构的价值。方法 采用西门子 Sonata 1.5T MRI成像系统,对10例精神分裂症患者和10例匹配的健康人行全脑扫描,获取高分辨率T1图像。经IBASPM分析获得各区体积值,采用成组t检验,比较两组差异。结果 精神分裂症患者双侧枕叶上部和左侧中央旁小叶体积小于对照组,而脑脊液的体积多于对照组。结论 精神分裂症患者大脑结构异常。IBASPM具有自动化的特点,节约人力,在精神分裂症脑结构影像研究方面前景广阔。 |

Objective To investigate the value of IBASPM in studying the brain structure of patients with schizophrenia. Methods T1-weighted high resolution imaging of 10 patients with schizophrenia and 10 healthy controls were acquired with Siemens Sonata 1.5T MRI system. The volumes of different cerebral regions were calculated with IBASPM. Comparison of regional volumes between two groups was performed with t test. Results Compare to healthy controls, the volumes of bilateral superior occipital lobule and left paracentral lobule of patients with schizophrenia are smaller, and the volume of cerebrospinal fluid is greater. Conclusion There is structural abnormality in cerebrum of schizophrenia. With the feature of automatic and saving manpower, IBASPM is a promising research tool in structural imaging studies on schizophrenia. |
