| 直肠腔内超声是直肠癌术前分期较有效的方法。与CT 和MRI 比较,腔内超声对直肠癌浸润及肠周系膜淋巴结转移诊断准确性均较高,同时有许多因素限制腔内超声诊断准确性。为了早期发现肿瘤复发,腔内超声广泛应用于术后随访。 |

| Endorectal ultrasonography (ERUS) is an effective tool for preoperative staging of rectal carcinoma. Compared with CT and MIR, ERUS is more accurate in assessing the local depth of invasion and involvement of mesorectal lymph nodes. Many factors limit the reliability of ERUS in the assessment of rectal lesions. ERUS also can be used to follow-up patients after rectal cancer resection, for early detection of local recurrence. |
