目的 探讨核素唾液腺动态显像定量分析对评价干燥综合征唾液腺功能的价值。方法 将78例干燥综合征(SS)患者和32例非干燥综合征患者分别进行99TcmO4-唾液腺动态显像,根据时间-放射性曲线,计算功能参数并进行定量分析,然后分别将干燥综合征各组(SS)和对照组的各项指标进行比较。结果 在唾液腺功能轻度受损组中MAR、 UR、 S/T、 Tmax、 Tmin与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),MSR、 Vmin低于对照组且有显著性差异(P<0.05);在唾液腺功能中度、重度受损组中MAR、 UR、 S/T、 MSR、 Vmin等参数均低于或明显低于对照组,而Tmin则明显大于对照组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01);只有Tmax这一参数SS各组与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 MAR、UR、 S/T、MSR、 Vmin等参数是评价SS唾液腺功能的重要的灵敏指标。 核素唾液腺动态显像结合时间-放射性曲线及功能参数定量分析能够无创、方便、客观地评价SS患者唾液腺功能。 |

Objective To investigate the value of the quantitative analysis of radionuclide dynamic imaging for salivary gland's function of Sjgren's syndrome (SS). Methods 99TcmO4- salivary gland dynamic imaging was performed in 78 SS patients (SS group) and 32 non-SS patients (control group). According to the time-radioactivity curve, quantitative analysis of function parameters between SS group and control group were compared. Results In light group, the MAR, UR, S/T, Tmax, Tmin are not different compared with normal controls (P>0.05), but MSR, Vmin are decreased in patients compared with normal control (P<0.05). In middle group and severe group, MAR, UR, S/T, MSR, Vmin are all decreased while Tmin increased. It is significant difference compared with control group (P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively). Only Tmax is no different in all groups (P>0.05). Conclusion And the parameters, such as MAR, UR, S/T, MSR, Vmin, are all important and sensitive markers. It is a an-traumatic, convenience and objective method to evaluate ss patient salivary gland function by radionuclide dynamic imaging of salivary gland combined time-radioactivity curve and the quantitative analysis of function parameters. |
