| 目的 应用超声研究睾丸淋巴瘤患者睾丸的病变特点。方法 运用高频及彩色多普勒超声观察20例睾丸淋巴瘤患者睾丸的超声表现,同时复习相关文献。结果 20例患者中有12例睾丸为弥漫型病变,8例为结节型病变。彩色多普勒显示病变区血流信号丰富,动脉RI为低阻。结论 老年患者出现无痛性的睾丸肿大,要首先考虑到淋巴瘤的可能性。运用高频及彩色多普勒超声对睾丸淋巴瘤的诊断有一定的价值。 |

| Objective To study the imageologic features of testicular lymphoma with ultrasonography. Methods Twenty cases were examined by high-frequency and color Doppler ultrasound to detect testis lesions, then review the relative literatures. Results In 20 cases, 12 were with diffuse lesions of testis and 8 were with nodal .Color flow Doppler showed abundant blood flow signal in the lesions, the arterial RI was low. Conclusion Testicular lymphoma should be considered firstly in old patients with painless testicular swelling. High-frequency and color Doppler ultrasound is valuable in the diagnosis of testicular lymphoma. |
