| 目的 分析肾嫌色细胞癌超声特点及病理基础,以提高对本病的认识。方法 8例肾嫌色细胞癌经手术病理证实,术前均行超声检查。结果 7例表现为肾中部实质不均匀低或等回声肿块,其中2例肿块外周部可见少许血流信号。1例表现为肾盂内低回声肿块并伴环状钙化。结论 虽然肾嫌色细胞癌确诊靠病理,超声仍有助于它的诊断及鉴别。 |

| Objective To improve knowledge of chromophobe cell renal carcinoma (CCRC) and investigate the sonographic findings correlated with its pathologic changes. Methods The sonographic findings of 8 patients with CCRC were retrospectively analyzed. Results Seven patients revealed inhomogeneous hypoechoic or isoechoic masses in the middle of parenchyma of kidney and 2 of them showed small amounts blood flow in periphery of the tumor. One patient showed hypoechoic mass with crico-calcification in pelvis renalis. Conclusion Although the final diagnosis of CRCC depends on pathology, ultrasound is helpful to its diagnosis and differential diagnosis. |
