| 目的 研究周围型肺腺癌、鳞癌的CT征象、病理表现与VEGF阳性表达的相关性。方法 对67例经手术病理证实的肺癌术前进行CT平扫,其中54例平扫后行动态增强扫描,并对手术切除肿瘤标本进行PV-6000二步法免疫组织化学染色,检测其VEGF的表达。分析周围型肺腺癌、鳞癌的病理表现、CT征象与VEGF的表达之间的关系。结果 肿瘤的分化程度、有无肺门和(或)纵隔淋巴结转移及某些CT征像与VEGF阳性表达相关。结论 VEGF表达程度是反应肿瘤的恶性程度及肿瘤浸润转移的重要指标,某些CT征像可以评价肿瘤的恶性生物学行为。 |

| Objective To study the correlation between CT appearance and pathologic performance and VEGF expression in peripheral lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Sixty-seven cases of peripheral lung cancer confirmed by operation and pathology were examined with plain CT scan before operation. Fifty-four cases were examined with dynamic enhancement CT scan after plain CT scan. The expression of VEGF was assessed immunohistochemically with PV-6000 polymer detection system technique in all cases.The expressions of VEGF were compared with CT appearances and pathologic performance. Results The degree of differentiation, the pulmonary hilar and/ or mediastinal lymphatic metastasis, and some CT appearances showed a certain correlation with the positive expressions of VEGF in the peripheral lung carcinoma. Conclusion The level of VEGF expression can be used as an index to reflect the malignant degree and metastatic of peripheral pulmonary carcinoma. Some CT appearances can indicate the biological behavior of the periphral lung carcinoma. |
