      目的 实现神经导航系统中BOLD激活图和DTI图像的配准融合,并进行白质纤维束示踪。方法 在1.5T场强磁共振系统中根据特定任务采集BOLD数据,进行统计处理得到脑功能区激活图;采集DTI数据和导航T1结构像,通过图像传输及格式处理,输入导航系统。利用图像DICOM信息,进行图像配准。采用线延伸算法对兴趣区内的体素进行纤维束跟踪,在导航系统中以彩色融合图像显示激活区和神经纤维束。结果 上述图像配准融合结果良好,融合图像成功用于26例神经外科术中导航,使用效果满意。结论 功能磁共振图像在神经导航中的配准融合,为颅脑病变术前制订手术计划、术中保护正常脑功能及进行脑功能研究提供有力的研究工具。
英文摘要:
      Objective To match and fuse the fMRI images and diffusion-tensor fiber tractography in neuronavigation system. Methods Functional magnetic resonance images were obtained using a 1.5 T Siemens scanner and BOLD technique. The SPM or AFNI program was used in image post-processing. The activated brain images were fused in neuronavigation system using DICOM information. Diffusion tensor images were obtained at the same time and the images were fused in neuronaviagtion system too. Using line propagation technique, the brain white matter fiber tractography was built in neuronavigation. Results Brain activated images, FA and color FA images were fused in neuronaviagtion system precisely. The fused images were evaluated by neurosurgeons. The tractography visualized brain white matter fiber of ROI. The functional navigation was used in 26 cases of neurosurgical image-guided operations. The function of cortex and white matter fibers was protected successfully. Conclusion The fusion techniques of functional magnetic resonance images in neuronavigation help neurosurgeon protect brain function in pre-operation program and operation, which also could be used as useful method for brain function research.
