| The transmembrane glycoprotein CD44 is one of adhesion molecules. It is involved in lymphocyte activation, signal transduction, cell adhesion, etc. The abnormal expression of CD44 is associated with the growth, progression, prognosis and imaging findings of lung carcinoma. The relationship about CD44 and lung cancer is summarized in the article. |
