| 目的 应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)测定Tei指数评价乳腺癌患者表阿霉素心脏毒性的左室功能的变化。方法 133例乳腺癌患者分为3组:A组45例,给予表阿霉素总剂量180~240 mg/m2。B组48例,给予表阿霉素总剂量≥360 mg/m2。C组为对照组,40例,未给予化疗。对3组进行常规超声参数及QTVI参数测定,包括:等容舒张时间(IRT)、等容收缩时间(ICT)、射血时间(ET),并计算Tei指数。结果 A组与C组间常规超声参数及Tei指数无显著性差异,B组与C组间参数E/A及Tei指数有显著性差异(P<0.01),B组与A组间常规超声参数无显著性差异,而Tei指数有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 QTVI测定Tei指数可准确评价表阿霉素心脏毒性对左心功能的影响。 |

| Objective To investigate the left ventricular cardiac function in breast cancer patients with Epirubicin-induced myocardial damage. Methods One hunderd and thirty-three patients with breast cancer patientswere divided into three groups: 45 patients in group A were given Epirubicin (Epi) 180~240 mg/m2, 48 patients in group B were given Epirubicin ≥360 mg/m2, and 40 patients after surgery in group C without chemotherapy Epirubicin as the control group. The conventional echocardiographic parameters were detected, and the isovolumic relaxation time (IRT), isovolumic contraction time (ICT) and ejection time (ET) of LV and Tei index were obtained using quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI). Results No significant difference between group A and group C was found in the conventional echocardiographic parameters and Tei index, while difference between group B and group Cin E/A and Tei index was significant(P<0.01). The difference between group A and group B in conventional echocardiographic parameters was not significant , but there were significant difference of Tei indices between group A and group B (P<0.01). Conclusion Tei indexes may be valuable to assess the left ventricular function in breast cancer patients with Epirubicin-induced cardiotoxity. |
