目的 探讨建立一种供胆道灌注实验的动物模型的可行性和测定其温度的方法。方法 选择6条成年犬。麻醉后,CT下定位胆囊,超声引导下穿刺胆囊,DSA监视下使导管选择性进入胆总管。开腹留置测温探头于胆总管内。然后穿刺胆总管留置导管。分别通过经皮穿刺胆囊、胆总管置管和开腹直视下穿刺胆总管置管两种途径,以25 ml/min的速度灌注水浴箱预热盐水。当出水温度为42~43℃,记录此时水浴箱显示的温度。数据以均数±标准差表示,单因素方差分析。结果 两种灌注方法均成功(6/6)。当胆总管的温度达到42~43℃,灌注水温分别为51.2±0.2℃和51.4±0.3℃。经统计学分析,两种方法在热灌注效果方面没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 ①犬作为影像引导下经皮穿刺胆囊、胆总管置管热灌注的模型可以用于热灌注动物实验研究。②当胆管温度达到42~43℃时,经皮穿刺胆囊、胆总管置管热灌注可以达到和开腹直视下穿刺胆总管置管热灌注相同的效果。 |

Objective To study the feasibility of building an animal perfusion model and bile duct temperature measurement. Methods Six healthy adult dogs were selected. After anesthesia, CT fixing and gallbladder puncture were performed with US guiding and the catheter was placed into the common bile duct under DSA monitoring. A feeler for temperature detection was detained in the common bile duct after abdomen disclosure. Then the common bile duct was punctured and the catheter was detained. With the two methods, the hot saline perfusion preheating in the waterbath closet was performed at a rate of 25 ml/min. The temperature of water outflow was 42-43℃, and the temperature in the waterbath closet was recorded. Results All of our attempts succeeded in the two approaches. When the temperature in the common bile duct reached 42-43℃, the temperature of perfusion water were 51.2±0.2℃ and 51.4±0.3℃. There was no statistically significant difference in the two methods. Conclusion ①The canine model of catheterization perfusion in the common bile duct by percutaneous gallbladder puncture can be used in the study of heat perfusion studies. ②When the temperature of the bile duct reached 42-43℃, catheterization perfusion in the common bile duct by percutaneous gallbladder puncture shared the same effects with catheterization perfusion in the common bile duct by open-belly procedure. |
