| 目的 评价国产下腔静脉滤器(IVCF)在治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)中的疗效和安全性。方法 2002年1月-2006年8月,82例下肢DVT患者施行了国产IVCF置入术。IVCF置入后行经导管尿激酶溶栓、髂静脉球囊扩张或/和支架置入治疗,经右颈内静脉途径行IVCF取出术。结果 共置入82个IVCF,技术成功率100%,无复发性肺栓塞,主要并发症发生率为2.4%。70例患者将国产IVCF取出,IVCF平均留置时间为(11.9±9.5)天;12例患者IVCF为永久性留置,随访3~48个月,IVCF无移位及血栓形成。结论 国产IVCF能安全、有效预防肺栓塞,国产IVCF置入术是治疗下肢DVT的重要方法之一。 |

| Objective To evaluate the filtering effect and safety of the domestic inferior vena cava filter (IVCF) during treatment of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in the lower extremity. Methods Between January 2002 and August 2006, 82 patients with DVT of lower extremity underwent implantation of domestic IVCF before catheter-directed thrombolysis with urokinase, balloon dilation and/or stent placement of iliac vein were performed. IVCF was retrieved through right internal jugular vein. Results 82 domestic IVCFs were implanted in 82 patients. The technical success rate was 100%. There was no postfilter pulmonary embolism. Major complications occurred in 2.4% of procedures. The inserted domestic IVCFs were retrieved successfully in 70 of 82 patients with the mean retaining time of (11.9±9.5) days. The domestic IVCFs were left in the inferior vena cava in 12 of 82 patients for permanent use. No filter migration occurred and no postfilter thromboses of the inferior vena cava were detected during the follow-up of three to forty-eight months. Conclusion The domestic IVCF is safe and effective in preventing pulmonary embolism, and the domestic IVCF implantation is one of the most important methods during treatment for DVT of the lower extremity. |
