| 目的 应用CT门静脉成像(CTPV)探讨食管静脉曲张的形态学及侧支循环的血供特点。方法 回顾性分析55例经胃镜证实的食管静脉曲张的CTPV表现,观察食管静脉曲张的部位、程度,与胃镜进行对比;分析食管静脉曲张侧支循环的血供特点。结果 ①食管静脉曲张在CTPV上的范围及程度与胃镜有很好的相关性。②食管静脉曲张CTPV的部位分型与其侧支循环的血供特点关系密切。结论 CTPV对食管静脉曲张的特点有较好的显示,同时可显示其血供特点,对临床治疗方案的选择及疗效的观察有重要意义。 |

| Objective To investigate the morphologic characteristics and portal-systemic collateral pathways of esophageal varices on CT portal venography (CTPV). Methods Fifty-five patients with esophageal varices verified by the endoscopy were analyzed retrospectively. The location and degree of the esophageal varices on CTPV were studied retrospectively, meanwhile compared with the results of endoscopies. The characteristics of esophageal varices were also investigated. Results ①The location, degree of esophageal varices on CTPV were highly correlated with the findings of the endoscopies. ②According to its location, the types of esophageal varices were well correlated to its collateral pathway. Conclusion CTPV can display the characteristics of the esophageal varices and its blood supply clearly. It is of importance in evaluating the selection of therapy and the follow-up therapeutic effect. |
