      目的 比较水冷915 MHz与2450 MHz微波相同条件下凝固离体肝组织范围与焦化区体积方面的差别。方法 在相同能量输出的条件下分别进行水冷915 MHz与2450 MHz微波的离体猪肝凝固实验,其中功率分别为50 W、60 W、70 W、80 W。结果 915 MHz比2450 MHz微波在凝固区长、宽径、体积及焦化区范围均增大,其差异有统计学意义。结论 在离体猪肝凝固实验中,在相同能量输出的条件下水冷915 MHz比2450 MHz微波有着更强的组织穿透与凝固能力,这一结果为915 MHz微波进一步的研究及临床应用提供了依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare the difference of 915 MHz and 2450 MHz microwave in coagulation scope, hyperaemia width and charring volume in the ex vivo pork liver. Methods Operated ex vivo pork liver with the same microwave energy, such as 50 W, 60 W, 70 W, 80 W. Results It was larger in coagulation length, width and volume with 915 MHz than 2450 MHz, it was also larger in hyperaemia width and charring volume, both was statistical significance. Conclusion In the ex vivo pork liver experiments with the same microwave energy, 915 MHz is stronger in the liver tissue penetration and coagulation than 2450 MHz, this gives evidence for further research and clinical application.
