目的 提出一种更加有效的血管增强方法。方法 分析冠脉X射线造影(XRA)图像特点,采用一个新颖函数来判别血管,结合Hessian矩阵和多尺度滤波对血管进行增强。结果 采用该方法增强临床获取的冠脉X射线造影图像具有较强的鲁棒性和较快的计算速度。结论 本文提出的增强方法具有较高的临床应用价值。 |

Objective A new approach to enhance the coronary artery in the angiograms is put forward. Methods The characteristics of coronary artery angiogram were analyzed. The proposed approach combined the virtue of second order local structure of an image (Hessian) and multistage filtering for the purpose of vessel enhancement and constructs a new vessel characteristic function to judge the vessel in angiograms. Results The experimental result on clinical XRA proved the robustness of the proposed approach on enhancing coronary artery and the advantage of low time consumption. Conclusion This method is valuable in clinical diagnosis. |
