目的 研究周围型肺腺癌的CT征象与肿瘤组织VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达及淋巴管生成的相关性。方法 搜集40例经手术病理证实的肺腺癌,术前均行CT平扫及增强扫描,对肿瘤标本行SP免疫组化染色,根据其阳性表达计数、阳性细胞数及淋巴管密度(LMVD),分析肺腺癌某些CT征象与VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达,LMVD值间的关系。结果 VEGF-C、VEGFR-3过表达与淋巴结转移密切相关, 某些CT表现与之有相关性。结论 VEGF-C/VEGFR-3结合形成信号通道可促进肺腺癌淋巴管生成及淋巴结转移,肺腺癌淋巴结增大等CT征象与其表达强度及淋巴管生成有相关性,可以一定程度预测肺癌的侵袭及转移。 |

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and its receptor (VEGFR-3) and lymphangiogenesis with spiral CT (SCT) features in peripheral lung adenocarainomas. Methods Forty patients with lung adenocarainomas were examined with plain and enhanced SCT scanning and proved surgically and pathologically. SP immunohistochemical technique was experimented in all pathologic specimens. According the immunohistochemical results of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 to get the positive expression cell number, lymphatic microvessel density, the CT features were compared and analyzed with immunohistochemical results of peripheral lung adenocarainomas. Results The correlation was shown respectively between lymph node metastasis, some other CT feactures and VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 expression, the value of LMVD. The positive correlation were found between VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 expression and the mean LMVD. Conclusion VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 combine to signal passage, the signal passage could promote the formation of tumor lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis, Some SCT appearances were closely correlated with VEGF-C, VEGFR-3, LMVD in lung adenocarainomas, which could be a noninvasive method in predicting lung adenocarainomas aggressiveness and metastasis. |
