| 目的 分析脑内原发性淋巴瘤的CT、MRI表现。方法 回顾分析25例经病理证实的脑内原发性淋巴瘤的CT、MRI资料,所有病例均行平扫及增强扫描。结果 病灶单发18例,多发7例;幕上33例,幕下4例。CT平扫表现为等或稍高密度,MR平扫T1WI等或稍低信号,T2WI呈高信号;增强扫描均见肿瘤均匀或不均匀强化,瘤周多为轻中度水肿。结论 原发性脑淋巴瘤影像表现具有一定的特征性,但与其他颅内病变有重叠及类似之处,认真分析其特点,可提高诊断的准确性。 |

| Objective To analyze the CT and MRI features of the primary brain lymphoma. Methods Twenty-five documented patients with primary brain lymphoma confirmed by surgery or biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were undergone pre-contrasted and post-contrasted MRI or CT scan. Results The solitary lesion was found in 18 patients and multiple lesions in 7 patients. The lesions in 33 patients were superior to tentorium and that in 4 patients were inferior to tentorium. The lesions appeared as iso-or hyper-density in CT and hypo-or iso-intensity on MR-T1WI and hyper-intensity on MR-T2WI. Homogeneous or inhomogeneous enhancement presented in most of the tumors. Light to moderate edema were found around the tumor. Conclusion The imaging finding of primary brain lymphoma has certain characteristics, but overlapping with those of other intracranial mass lesions. By analyzing the features of lymphoma, we can improve the accuracy of diagnosis. |
