本文综述了扩散加权成像的病理生理基础及其在全身各种肿瘤性病变中的应用,包括各种病变的检出、诊断及在治疗后随访中的应用,并进一步阐述了扩散加权成像在肿瘤性病变中应用的新进展。

英文摘要:

This article reviews the pathophysiologic basis of diffusion-weighted imaging, and its application in detection, diagnosis and follow-up of tumors of whole body. Further more, the progression of utilization of diffusion-weighted imaging is also elucidated.
