目的 探讨T2弛豫时间在高分辨MR跟骨扫描中的价值。方法 受检者50例,男20例,女30例。年龄29~75岁,平均60.4岁。经DAX测定,按骨密度修订标准分为4组:正常男性组10例、正常女性组12例、异常男性组10例、异常女性组18例。高分辨磁共振对50例左跟骨(非优势足)进行T2弛豫时间测定扫描。快速自旋回波序列,层厚4 mm, TR/TE=2000 ms/16 ms、98 ms。选定跟骨5个感兴趣区对各组进行测定;对12名正常女性跟骨小梁密集部位(跟骨后部)与空虚部位(跟骨前部)的T2*测定数据。所有结果采用非配对t检验和相关性分析。结果 异常女性组-正常女性组、异常男性组-正常男性组的T2弛豫时间有显著性差异,正常组在94.7~113.8 ms之间,异常组在119.4~127.4 ms之间(P<0.05)。两组年龄与T2弛豫时间呈明显正相关,骨密度与T2弛豫时间呈明显负相关。12名正常女性跟骨小梁密集部位(跟骨后部)与空虚部位(跟骨前部)的T2*测定,密集部位的T2*值较空虚部位短,有非常显著性差异(P<0.007)。结论 高分辨MR T2弛豫时间测定在骨质疏松研究中有较高的参考价值,可作为骨质疏松的信息补充。 |

Objective To discuss the value of high-resolution MR (HR MR) T2 relaxation time in calcaneus in osteoporosis. Methods Fifty cases were enrolled in this study, including 20 males and 30 females aged from 29-75 years (mean age 60.4 years). According to the dual X-ray absorptiometry examination, all cases were divided into 4 groups according to the bone density: normal male (n=10), normal female (n=12), abnormal male (n=10), and abnormal female (n=18). HR MR T2 values were achieved on left calcaneus (non-dominant foot) with a SIEMENS Vision 1.5T MR scanner and fast spin echo sequence. Slice thickness was 4 mm, TR/TE=2000 ms/16, 98 ms. Five regions of interest (ROIs) of calcaneus were selected in each case for analysis. T2* value was achieved in 12 healthy female in the dense trabecula area (posterior calcaneus) and sparse area (front calcaneus). The Results were analyzed with unpaired t test and correlativity test. Results There was statistically significant difference between normal and abnormal females, normal and abnormal males. T2 value was 94.7-113.8 ms in normal group and 119.4-127.4 ms in abnormal group (P<0.05). T2 value had positive correlation with age and negative correlation with bone density in both groups. In 12 healthy females, T2* value in dense trabecula area was shorter than in sparse area (P<0.007). Conclusion HR MR T2 value is very valuable in study of osteoporosis and can supply additional information. |
