| 目的 探讨孤立型细支气管肺泡癌(BAC)在HRCT上的表现及特点。方法 回顾性分析24例孤立型BAC的HRCT征象,观察其部位、大小、形态、内部结构、边缘征象及外周改变,并与35例其他病理类型的周围型肺癌进行对照分析。结果 24例BAC中,23例位于肺野外周,14例可见空泡征,15例可见磨玻璃密度影。结论 孤立型细支气管肺泡癌多具有一般肺癌的征象,肺野外周病变具有空泡征及周围磨玻璃影提示BAC的诊断。HRCT是孤立型细支气管肺泡癌诊断及鉴别诊断的重要手段。 |

| Objective To study the appearances and features of localized bronchioloalveolar carcinoma (BAC) on high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scans. Methods The HRCT findings of localized BAC of the lung in 24 patients were retrospectively observed for location, size, shape, internal structure, marginal characteristics, and external changes, and compared with 35 cases with other pathological types of peripheral pulmonary carcinoma. Results Among 24 cases, peripheral distribution was found in 23 cases, bubble-like attenuation was found in 14 cases, and ground-glass opacity in 15 cases. Conclusion Localized BAC has the general signs of lung carcinoma. The diagnosis of BAC should be considered when the peripheral lesion has bubble-like attenuation and ground-glass opacity. HRCT is important in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of localized BAC. |
