目的 设计一种新型的基于闪烁扫描法的人体肠道微型诊疗胶囊的实时定位跟踪系统。方法 利用已有发射型计算机断层成像技术采集到的图像,提取有用信息并处理得到微型诊疗胶囊在肠道中的运行轨迹。结果 根据微型诊疗胶囊定位系统的构成及空间投影定位算法,给出模型实验和初步人体实验结果。结论 此种方法能较好的解决微型诊疗装置定位问题,具有良好理论和实际应用价值。 |

Objective The new real-time location system based on Gamma scintigraphy is designed to satisfy the location research on micro-system in the gastrointestinal tract. Methods The medical images collected from emission computed tomography were post-processed to distill the useful information which could be helpful to obtain the motion track of the device. Results The structure and arithmetic of the micro-medical device location system was introduced in this paper, which was validated through model test and preclinical test. Conclusion The results of the experiment indicate that using such technique can solve the location problem properly. This processing method is of great academic and applied value. |
