| 目的 通过与CAG的比较,研究64层螺旋CT评估冠状动脉狭窄性病变的准确性。方法 收集2005年8月-2006年4月于我院行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像和传统冠状动脉造影的60例患者的影像资料,评估64层螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉狭窄性病变及对支架及桥血管诊断的准确性。结果 64层螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉≥50％、≥70％、<50％狭窄性病变敏感性分别为96.3%、89.3%、67.3%,特异性分别为94.2%、95.6%、86.2%。64层螺旋CT判断支架内≥50％狭窄的敏感性为100％,特异性为80％;判断桥血管及吻合口通畅的敏感性为100％。结论 64层螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉中重度狭窄具有较高的准确性。 |

| Objective To evaluate the accuracy of 64-slice CT for diagnosing the stenosis in the coronary arteries by taking CAG as the references. Methods We retrospectively collected the coronary artery imaging data of 60 patients undergoing 64-slice CT and conventional coronary angiography during August 2005 and April 2006. Evaluations had been done concerning the 64-slice CT for detecting the stenosis of coronary artery and the stent and bypass graft. Results The sensitivity of 64-slice CT for detecting stenosis ≥50%, ≥70% and <50% was 96.3%, 89.3%, and 67.3% respectively. The specificity was 94.2%, 95.6%, and 86.2%, respectively. The sensitivity of 64-slice CT for detecting stenosis ≥50% in stent was 100%. The sensitivity of 64-slice CT for detecting patency of bypass graft and the distal bypass anatomoses was 100%. Conclusion The accuracy of detecting mid to severe stenosis of the coronary arteries using 64-slice CT is high. |
