| 目的 通过与肝移植术中所见对照,客观评价多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)对肝动脉路径显示的准确度。方法 31例肝移植病人均于术前进行了MSCTA并以此评价肝动脉路径,其后随访肝移植术中所见肝动脉解剖,将二者进行对比研究。结果 以肝移植术中所见为对照的31例患者中,MSCTA准确诊断了30例。本研究对肝动脉路径评价的准确度为96.8%,灵敏度为91.7%,特异度为100%,阳性预测值为100%,阴性预测值为95%。此外,MSCTA清晰显示了腹部其它大动脉情况。结论 MSCTA对肝移植术前肝动脉评价的准确度较高,同时能了解腹部其它大动脉情况。 |

| Objective To evaluate the accuracy of MSCTA in demonstration of hepatic arterial anatomy compared with the operation. Methods Thirty-one hepatic arteries were evaluated based on MSCTA before liver transplantation, which was followed by the observation of hepatic arterial anatomy during the operation. Results Thirty cases were evaluated by MSCTA correctly among thirty-one patients. Compared with operative results, the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value of MSCTA in evaluation of hepatic artery were 96.8%,91.7%, 100%, 100%, 95% respectively. In addition, MSCTA displayed the other main abdominal arteries clearly. Conclusion MSCTA is effective for evaluation of hepatic arterial anatomy and the other main abdominal arteries. |
