| 目的 借助经阴道彩色多普勒超声,探讨卵泡周围血流与获卵率、形成胚胎几率间的关系。方法 选取132个源自22例在医学生殖中心接受助孕术治疗的不孕妇女的卵泡进行前瞻性研究。依照卵泡周围血流围绕程度的不同及血流动力学参数的高低进行分组,比较各组采卵率和形成胚胎几率。结果 从132个研究的卵泡中共获取106个卵子,受精后形成60个胚胎。且:①周围血流信号丰富或PSV≥10 cm/s的卵泡,获卵率明显高于周围血流信号较少(P＜0.05)或PSV＜10 cm/s的卵泡(P＜0.005)。②源自血流信号丰富或PSV≥10 cm/s的卵泡的卵子,其形成胚胎几率高于源自血流信号较少(P＜0.05)或PSV＜10 cm/s的卵泡的卵子 (P＜0.05)。结论 借助TVCD检测卵泡周围血流,能使我们对卵泡成熟度的判定更加准确。 |

| Objective To evaluate relationship between Doppler ultrasound indices of peri-follicular blood flow and oocyte recovery, subsequent production of pre-implantation embryos with transvaginal color Doppler. Methods Twenty-two infertile women underwent ART treatment in Medical Reproduction Center were involved in this prospective study. A total of 132 follicles from these patients were graded and grouped by Doppler indices of peri-follicular blood flow, which were compared with the outcomes of oocyte collection and embryo production of the groups. Results Of 132 follicles studied, 106 occytes were recovered and 60 embryos were achieved. The rate of oocyte recovery and chance of embryo production was significantly higher in follicles with multiple peri-follicular blood flow or PSV≥10 cm/s than that in follicles with sparse peri-follicular blood flow (P＜0.05) or PSV<10cm/s (P＜0.05). Conclusion Peri-follicular blood flow observed by transvaginal color Doppler could help us in assessing maturity of follicles accurately. |
