| 目的 分析直接增强MR下肢静脉造影对深静脉血栓的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析24例患者的直接增强MR下肢静脉造影的成像资料,其中17例的MRI资料与超声资料进行比较研究。结果 24例中4例为阴性,2例为单纯浅静脉曲张,18例为深静脉血栓;与超声对照,17例MRI下肢静脉造影的敏感性和特异性分别为92.3%、93.8%。结论 应用直接增强MR下肢静脉造影的方法显示深静脉是可行的,其敏感性和特异性较高。 |

| Objective To analyze the value of direct contrast MR venography in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of low limbs. Methods Twenty-four patients with direct contrast MR venography were retrospectively reviewed. Seventeen out of 24 patients have undertaken sonography simultaneously. Results In the 17 patients with sonography, the sensitivity and specificity of direct contrast MR venography for the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of low limbs was 92.3% and 93.8%. Conclusion Direct contrast MR venography could be used for evaluation of deep vein thrombosis of low limbs. |
