| 目的 描述外侧天幕窦增强磁共振成像表现,评估其显示外侧天幕窦的能力与价值。方法 随机抽取45例成年患者行颅脑磁共振增强扫描,回顾性分析其外侧天幕窦增强磁共振表现。结果 90侧脑叶中发现外侧天幕窦78侧;其中Ⅰ型(烛台型)23侧(29%),Ⅱ型(多干型)25侧(32%),Ⅲ型(静脉湖型)20侧(26%),Ⅳ型(不确定型)10侧(13%);62侧(69%)可以显示Labbe静脉。结论 增强MRI可以很好的显示外侧天幕窦和Labbe静脉,这对于外科颅底手术了解其结构,避免静脉性梗死非常关键。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of MR imaging in assessing the lateral tentorial sinus (LTS), which may provide guidance for preoperative planning. Methods Forty-five adult patients underwent MR imaging of the brain. The studies for delineation of the LTS and its branches were retrospectively evaluated. Results The 78 LTS was detected in 90 lobes. The LTS in each lobe was classified as type Ⅰ (candelabra) in 23 (29%), type Ⅱ (independent veins) in 25 (32%), and type Ⅲ (venous lakes) in 20 (26%), in 10 (13%) of the lobes, the LTS was indeterminate. LTS branches were inconsistently detected, with the exception of the vein of Labbe (VL). The VL was identified in 62 (69%) lobes. Conclusion In many instances, the LTS and VL drainage patterns were well delineated on routine MR images. For selected cases, this information may be crucial during lateral skull base surgery to avoid venous infarct. |
