目的 利用脑磁源成像观察正常人在躯体感觉刺激时中枢的兴奋情况。方法 研究包括10名正常志愿者。通过专用电刺激仪刺激手部皮肤,固定电流脉冲0.3 ms,刺激间期0.5 s,叠加1000次。用等电流偶极描述局灶性皮质活动,受试者的头部空间形态用球形模型化。结果 体感刺激明显激活位于对侧中央前、后回的第一躯体感觉皮层和颞上回。颞叶ECD的潜伏期比第一躯体感觉中枢的长,ECD的强度较低。结论 体感刺激激活对侧第一躯体感觉皮层,颞叶参与处理体感刺激。 |

Objective To observe the responses of the brain evoked by somatic stimuli in healthy subjects with magnetic source imaging. Methods Ten healthy subjects were recruited in the study. Somatic stimuli were executed to the hands of each subject with specialized stimulator at duration 500 ms, interstimulus intervals 500 ms. The brain activity pattern was modeled with equivalent current dipoles. The shape of subject's head was modeled by spherical model. Results For healthy subjects, in response to somatic stimuli, significant activations were observed in contralateral primary somatic cortex in precentral gyrus and postcentral gyrus, and temporal lobes. Compared with the equivalent current dipoles in temporal lobes, the equivalent current dipoles in primary somatic cortex had more intensive strength and shorter latencies. Conclusion Somatic stimuli can evoke significant activations in primary cortex and temporal lobes. Temporal lobes participate in the process of somatic stimuli. |
