目的 通过检测脑脊液中红细胞浓度变化,预判颅内载瘤动脉血管的完整性。方法 采用高分辨度与无损性的光学相干断层成像(OCT)技术对脑脊液中红细胞计数。结果 OCT系统可以对红细胞浓度为16 980个/mm3的脑脊液进行有效计数;通过加装匹配凹透镜,系统还可对浓度为932个/mm3的血溶液进行计数,且误差在可接受范围内。结论 OCT技术能够对不同浓度下脑脊液中红细胞进行计数,因而可用来实时监测颅内载瘤动脉血管的破裂,预防蛛网膜下腔的出血。 |

Objective To assess the integrity of cerebral artery with aneurysm by detecting red blood cells (RBC) concentration in the achromaticity transparency cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Methods To count the RBC amount in the CSF by optical coherence tomography (OCT) which is a high resolving power and lossless technique. Results OCT could count amount about 16 980 RBC per mm3 (CSF) in effect. By adding the matching concave mirror to the OCT probe, the detecting ability is improved to the level of about 932 RBC per mm3 (blood), and detecting error can be accepted. Conclusion OCT can detect different RBC concentration in the CSF, and it could be used to keep watch the cerebral artery with aneurysm and avoid subarachnoid hemorrhage in advance. |
