| 目的 利用高分辨力超声技术对大动脉炎(头臂动脉型)患者的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能进行研究和分析。方法 采用高频超声测量61例大动脉炎患者和36例正常对照组血管内皮舒张功能(EDD%),并进行对比分析。测量其血浆中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)等血管活性物质的浓度变化。结果 大动脉炎组较正常对照组EDD%明显减低;血浆NO水平明显降低;ET水平明显升高(P＜0.01)。结论 大动脉炎患者存在一定程度的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能受损,超声检测血管内皮依赖性舒张功能可作为监测早期大动脉炎的客观指标。 |

| Objective To study the endothelium-dependent dilation function in patients with Takayasu arteritis (brachiocephalic artery type) by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods The endothelium-dependent dilation function (EDD%) was measured with high-frequency ultrasound in 61 patients with Takayasu arteritis and 36 normal subjects, the diameter of the brachial arteries before and after reactive hyperemia was also measured. The level of plasma NO, ET was determined in the two groups. Results There was significantly lower EDD% in the group of Takayasu arteritis than that in the normal group. The concentration of plasma NO in Takayasu arteritis was also significantly lower than that in the normal group, but the level of plasma ET was higher. Conclusion Endothelium-dependent dilation was impaired in patients with Takayasu arteritis. High-resolution ultrasound is a reliable technique in the detection of EDD% in Takayasu arteritis. |
