扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging, DTI)是目前人体功能磁共振成像研究的热点之一。由于脊髓的特殊结构和毗邻,使扩散张量成像的研究及临床应用存在一定的困难,快速成像序列在一定程度上克服了这个问题。对颈髓的DTI研究显示,人体颈髓ADC及FA值呈有序分布;对各种脊髓病变,DTI还可以显示常规T2WI不能显示的病理学改变。脊髓DTI是一种有意义和潜力的成像方法。 |

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) has been one of the hotspots in functional MRI of human body. Some difficulties have been encountered in the research and clinical application of spinal cord DTI due to its special anatomy and adjacent structures. Fast sequences have resolved the problems to some extend. DTI study of the cervical spinal cord showed that ADC and FA values distribute with certain orderliness. DTI can also provide additional pathologic information in various kinds of spinal cord disorders that cannot be shown on traditional T2WI. DTI of spinal cord is a meaningful imaging modality with potential ability. |
