| 目的 探讨18F-FDG符合线路SPECT检查对于乳腺癌诊断和淋巴结转移探查价值。方法 30例疑似乳腺癌患者行18F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像,以术后病理结果作为金标准,对18F-FDG符合线路SPECT显像的灵敏度、特异度、准确率进行分析。结果 对乳腺癌原发病灶的定性诊断,灵敏度为73.1%,特异度为100%,准确率为76.7%;26例确诊乳腺癌患者淋巴结转移灵敏度为68.8%,特异度为80%,准确率为73.8%。结论 18F-FDG符合线路SPECT显像对乳腺癌定性诊断的灵敏度高,特异度好;对腋窝淋巴结转移的探查有很好的价值,可为临床分期和制定治疗方案提供有益的参考。18F-FDG符合线路SPECT显像用于乳腺癌的诊断和淋巴结转移的探查不失为一种较好的无创性方法。 |

| Objective To analyze the value of 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer and evaluate axillary lymph node metastasis. Methods Total 30 suspected patients with breast cancer were examined by 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT detection; the results were compared with the pathology results. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were calculated and analyzed. Results Compared with pathology results, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT detection for breast cancer were 73.1%, 100%, 76.7%, respectively. To 26 breast cancer patients, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of axillary lymph node metastasis were 68.8%, 80%,73.8%,respectively. Conclusion 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT detection has a perfect specificity and a considerable sensitivity to diagnosing breast cancer and axillary lymph node metastasis. It is useful noninvasive method for detecting primary and metastatic lesions of breast cancer. |
