目的 探讨成年人骶管内硬膜外脂肪的MR研究方法并计算脂肪厚度平均值。方法 选择164名正常成年人行腰骶椎磁共振扫描。测量骶椎各水平前、后硬膜外脂肪(AEF、PEF)的厚度及S1椎体水平椎管、硬膜囊和硬膜外脂肪面积。结果 T1WI正中矢状面上S1~S5水平,硬膜外脂肪厚度平均值依次为6.97 mm、4.94 mm、5.53 mm、5.02 mm及3.86 mm,呈显著下降趋势。S1椎体水平硬膜外脂肪面积为(227.18±64.35) mm2。结论 本研究为临床确诊硬膜外脂肪增多症、寻找神经根受压原因及骶管麻醉时入路方式的选择提供了重要的影像学检查依据。 |

Objective To evaluate epidural fat in sacral canal using MRI technique. Methods One hundred and sixty-four healthy volunteers were performed MRI scans in lumbosacral spine. Then some measurements were obtained, such as: ①Antero-posterior diameter of the epidural fat located ventrally and dorsally to the dural sac from S1 to S5 levels. ②Surface area of the spinal canal, dural sac and epidural fat at S1 level. Results The mean thicknesses of epidural fat from S1 to S5 levels were 6.97 mm, 4.94 mm, 5.53 mm, 5.02 mm and 3.86 mm, respectively. The mean surface area of epidural fat at S1 level was (227.18±64.35) mm2. Conclusion We provide a reproducible MRI method for evaluating epidural fat in sacral canal for clinical diagnosis. |
