目的 探讨螺旋CT在肺结核诊断及分型中的价值。方法 回顾性分析经病理和临床证实的肺结核病例145例,全部病例行螺旋CT扫描,100例行HRCT扫描。结果 螺旋CT 清楚显示了肺结核的各种CT表现并做出分型。其诊断正确率为96.6%,分型正确率为96.4%。结论 螺旋CT能够对各种肺结核做出准确诊断,对典型和不典型、活动和不活动肺结核做出正确分型。 |

Objective To estimate the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis and classification of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods One hundred and forty-five patients with pulmonary tuberculosis confirmed by clinic and histopathology were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were performed helical scan and 100 patients were performed high-resolution CT scan. Results Spiral CT, especially high-resolution CT could find all kinds of CT signs of pulmonary tuberculosis and classify the different types. The diagnostic accuracy was 96.6%, and the classified accuracy was 96.4%. Conclusion Spiral CT could diagnose different-typed pulmonary tuberculosis; and classify different types to typical and atypical, active and non-active pulmonary tuberculosis accurately. |
