| 目的 构建基于WEB的纵隔疾病影像诊断数据库,探讨医学影像诊断数据库构建的基本模式。方法和结果 对137例经临床病理证实的18种纵隔疾病的影像学表现进行回顾性分析,结合中国期刊网和MEDLINE相关中外文文献219篇,利用Microsoft Windows XP (Professional Service Pack),MS SQL Server 2000数据库,Photoshop 7.0, Dreamweaver 2005实现了18种纵隔疾病的基于WEB的检索。结论 基于WEB的数据库技术,可用来构建医学影像诊断知识库,因此在计算机辅助诊断、教学、科研等领域有着广阔的应用前景。 |

| Objective To build up the elementary construction for the framework of database of imaging diagnosis of mediastinum diseases based on WEB and discuss the basic pattern for the framework of database of the medical imaging diagnosis construction. Methods and Results The imaging of 137 cases was retrospectively reviewed which concluded 18 kinds of mediastinum diseases and were confirmed clinically and pathologically. We also referred to 219 English and Chinese articles in CNKI and MEDLINE. The search for 18 kinds of mediastinum diseases based on WEB was achieved using Microsoft Windows XP (Professional Service Pack), MS SQL Server 2000 database, Photoshop 7.0, and Dreamweaver 2005. Conclusion The database technique based on WEB provides a useful method for constructing the medical imaging database. This result suggests its potential and wide application in computer aided diagnosis, medical teaching and scientific research. |
