| 目的 研究周围型肺癌MRI表现与CD44v6表达间的关系。方法 应用SABC免疫组化技术,检测45例经手术及病理证实的周围型肺癌组织中CD44v6的表达水平,并分析其与术前MRI表现之间的关系。结果 CD44v6表达与瘤体大小、深分叶征及纵隔淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与组织学类型、分化程度、肿瘤分期、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征、信号强度无关。结论 CD44v6与肺癌转移有关,检测CD44v6表达水平可了解肺癌的某些生物学行为。 |

| Objective To study the correlation between MRI appearance and expression of CD44v6 in peripheral lung cancer. Methods Expressional level of CD44v6 was detected by means of SABC immunohistochemical technique in 45 cases of peripheral lung cancer proved by surgery and pathology, the relationship between the results and MRI appearance was analyzed. Results CD44v6 expression was correlated with tumor size, lobulation, and mediastinal lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), but not with histology type, histodifferentiation, clinical stage, pleural retraction, and signal feature. Conclusion The expression level of CD44v6 was related to the metastasis of lung cancer, and it could reflect some malignant biological behavior of lung cancer. |
