目的 应用高频彩超探讨兔乳腺VX2移植癌的组织形态学和血流动力学改变。方法 建立兔乳腺VX2移植癌模型15只。彩超每周观测肿瘤生长情况共6周,于1、2、3、4周测量血流动力学参数PSV、PI和RI并进行自身对照。结果 二维声像图示1周肿瘤体积小,呈均质低回声;2~3周肿瘤生长率463.09%,见强回声斑点钙化灶;3~4周见坏死液化,4周腋下可探及肿大淋巴结;5~6周见坏死囊腔形成。1~4周PDI探及星点状、短棒状和条状血流信号;血供分级呈0~Ⅲ级;测得动脉频谱,PSV值6.07~39.8 cm/s, RI值0.168~0.622;2~3周PSV增高(P<0.05),各时期PI和RI值差异无显著性。结论 高频彩超显示,兔乳腺VX2移植癌在2~3周时增长最快、血供最为丰富,较适宜进行肿瘤传代、模型制作及肿瘤血管研究。 |

Objective To explore the tissue morphology and hemodynamics of VX2 carcinoma model transplanted in rabbit breast by high-frequency ultrasound. Methods Fifteen white New Zealand rabbits model with VX2 tumors implanted into the breast were established, and they were assessed by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound every week for six weeks. At the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th week, hemodynamic parameters of tumor arteries such as PSV, PI and RI were measured using Doppler ultrasound with spectral analysis and compared with themselves. Results In two-dimensional images, tumors were small and poor echo one week after implantation and the tumor growth rate was 463.09% and calcified lesions were seen at the 2nd-3rd week. Necrosis or liquefaction appeared and swollen lymphonodi axillaries could be found later and at the 5th-6th week cavum formed. Color Doppler flowing imaging (CDFI) showed dot, branch, or line flow signals and the degree of blood abundance was from 0 to Ⅲ grades; arterial spectrum was investigated and PSV changed from 6.03 to 39.8 cm/s and RI changed from 0.168 to 0.622. At 2nd-3rd week, PSV increased (P<0.05), while PI and RI between four phrases had no significant difference. Conclusion The 2nd-3rd week after implantation is suitable for making tumor model, tumor passage or doing experimental study on tumor vessels because of tumor's fast growth and rich vasculature in this phrase. |
